Dr. Arthur N. Isenberg

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Dr. Arthur N. Isenberg of Saratoga Springs passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Arthur, son of Fanny and Meyer Isenberg of Ballston Spa, passed away quietly at Saratoga Hospital. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 50 years, Carolyn, and his brother Marvin. Arthur is survived by his three children, Beth Ann, Joshua, and Matthew, and his grandchildren, as well as by his sister, Mimi, and nieces and nephews. A graduate of Albany Medical School and St. Lawrence University, Arthur worked at Saratoga Hospital for many decades. He touched the lives of not only his family, but many people living in and around the area as a doctor and friend. He loved skiing, hiking, bicycling, kayaking, the horse races, and being with his children and animals. He was a loyal and dear father and friend and will be greatly missed. Services will be held this Friday, July 29 at Congregation Shaara Tfille, 84 Weibel Avenue in Saratoga Springs at 1p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local animal rescue or to Congregation Shaara Tfille.
