Join the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce for their Third Annual Health & Wellness week. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, or a couch potato looking to get back in shape, there is something for everyone. Local health and wellness organizations will open their doors and share information that can help you to accomplish your 2017 Wellness Goals. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - The #HealthySaratoga Cardio Challenge Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Their #HealthySaratoga Cardio Challenge is simple - - do something to raise your heart rate, safely of course. This is the day for you to use the treadmill in your basement. Visit a local fitness center or gym in your community, neighborhood or workplace. Sign up for a spin class.   • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor).
