SARATOGA SPRINGS — On Saturday, February 29, the Saratoga Varsity Cheer Team won the NYS Sectional Championship Title. They will be traveling to Rochester to compete for the State Championship Title on Saturday, March 7 at RIT.
The team, coached by Ricardo Smith, Jr., has five seniors: Kaylee Ferro, Perras Allen, Mckenna Carley, Jenna Bourgeois, Hannah Reese.
Scholar athletes on the team include: Kaylee Ferro, Skylar Kent, Adam O'Connor. These athletes maintained a minimum of 90+ overall average.
