David has lived in Saratoga Springs for over 50 years and now resides at the Home of the Good Shepherd on Church Street. Friends and family gathered there and at the Saratoga Casino & Raceway for brunch. A race was named in his honor. Happy Birthday David, and keep smoking those cigars.
