Friends of the Stillwater Free Library Annual Plant Sale

Get your garden off to a strong start with a variety of annuals, perennials, herbs, hanging baskets and gardening advice for novices and experts alike. The Friends are accepting donations of labeled potted and un-potted plants as well as plant pots.  Funds go to support the Stillwater Free Library. Day in the Dirt

Kelly’s Angels Inc. is seeking runners and walkers for its Mother-Lovin’ Day 5K. The kids fun run starts at 8:45 a.m. and the main 5K/Walk starts at 9:15 a.m. All money raised at the fun, family-oriented event helps children in the Capital Region who have lost a parent or principal caregiver to cancer. Getting Your Affairs in Order:  Estate Planning Basics

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor).
