Digital Strategist Joins PEP

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Last week, the Patient Experience Project (PEP) announced that Nudrat Zoha is a new member of its digital team.

In her role at PEP, Zoha is responsible for the development and execution of strategy related to digital projects such as social media advertising, SEO optimization, website development, and email programs.

Before joining PEP, Zoha worked as an associate campaign specialist at Oracle, a company that specializes in developing and marketing database software and technology. She also was a digital marketing specialist at World Book Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, where she built impactful social media marketing programs and developed digital strategies that helped increase the company’s website traffic and revenue from e-commerce. 

Zoha earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master’s degree in journalism and communications from DePaul University in Chicago.

Outside of work, Zoha is the chief operating officer at the Thaakat Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to advance youth-led humanitarian relief work in remote villages of Sierra Leone, Ghana and Pakistan. The efforts of the Thaakat Foundation have positively impacted more than 40,000 lives and counting.

Zoha is bilingual, speaking both English and Urdu (national language of Pakistan).
