Wallace Daniel Julius, 44, of Gridley Street in Saratoga Springs, was arrested January 8 along South Broadway and charged with assault in the third-degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Julius allegedly assaulted a female at the St. Charles Motel and fled the scene. When police caught up with him he was identified by the victim and taken into custody. The victim was treated by EMS at the scene.
