Timothy E. Stanick, 26, Johnson Road, Mechanicville, was arrested on September 29 and charged with resisting arrest and third degree criminal mischief as a result of a domestic incident.
Matthew W. Just, 31, homeless, pled guilty to first degree criminal contempt in Saratoga County Court on September 27 for an incident that occurred on July 28. Just will be sentenced on November 22 at 9:15 a.m.
Caren M. Monahan, 22, residing at 34 Broadway, Ft. Edward, was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to six months in Saratoga County Jail with credit for time served and five years probation for fifth degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred in Moreau on March 22.
