The following are the arrests from the Saratoga Springs Police Department for August 22 through August 23, 8 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Richard Vargrave, 62, of Mount Pellier, Christiansted, Virgin Islands was stopped on Broadway at 1 a.m. and charged with misdemeanor DWI, refusal of a pre-screen test, unsafe lane change and failure to signal a turn.
