Saratoga Springs, NY- Kathaleen Busteed St. Dennis, 91, passed away June 1, 2012.
Kathaleen was born June 18, 1920, in Oneonta, NY, to Jane Utter and George Busteed.
Kathaleen graduated from Oneonta High School in 1938 and went on to St. Joseph’s School Of Nursing in Syracuse NY, where she graduated as a Registered Nurse.
Kathaleen worked at the Homer Folks TB hospital in Oneonta NY. After moving to Saratoga in 1944, she worked at the VA Hospital in Wilton until its closing. She went on to Saratoga Hospital where she worked for many years before moving on to nurse at Maplewood Manor in Ballston Spa until her retirement.
Survivors include her son, Donald (Pauline) St. Dennis; daughter, Karen (Damian) Trimarchi and her son, Ervin (Kimberly) Kuczogi; grandchildren, Damian A Irizarry, Kelly Perry, Kim Pratt, Michele Hoffman, Tracey Hasbrouck and Kevin Kuczogi; and great-grandchildren, Jenny Lantz, Tommy Lantz, Brian Kreger, Nicholas and Christian Reidy, Quinn and Roman Perry, Josiah and Ethan Hoffman, and Alexis and Briana Lantz.
She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. There will be no viewing hours.
A Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement’s Church, at 9.30 a.m., Thursday, June 7 2012.
