Armond W. “Buck” Brown
GREENFIELD CENTER – Armond W. “Buck” Brown passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Albany Medical Center. He was 86.
Born on July 1, 1930 in West Chazy, NY, he was the son of the late Raymond and Delia (Blaney) Brown. Armond was a transport driver for 31 years for Ashton Fuel and 9 years for Congress Gas and Oil in Saratoga Springs. He was of the Methodist faith and will be dearly missed by his wife of 62 years, Margaret (Smith) and other family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, Armond is predeceased by his sisters, Lucille Kellas, Lorraine Johnson and brother Lloyd Brown.
Survivors include his wife Margaret; children, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Brown of Boston, Kenneth (Sharon) Brown of Middle Grove and Anita Brown of St. Petersburg, FL; his loving cousin Shirley Renadette and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends gathered to remember him on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 at the William J. Burke and Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
