SARATOGA SPRINGS — Marion L. Ruhle left to rejoin her two sisters, Ellen and Lenie, on Saturday, June 13, 2015.
Born October 27, 1928 on the family farm at Staffords Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Irving F., Sr. and Lena M. Ruhle.
Mary helped operate the family farm. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and many groups within the church, most recently knitting blocks for afghans. She was also a member of the Quaker Springs Sunshiners and for many years knitted baby caps for Saratoga Hospital. The Card Shark, as Mary was known as, loved squashing opponents, especially Card Shark, Jr., in rummy and rousing games of fish.
In addition to her parents and her sisters, she was predeceased by two brothers Irving F., Jr. and Floyd (Jake) Ruhle and two great-great nieces, Maya Lamondi and Lyla Simone.
Survivors include her brother James Ruhle; sisters Frances Turney and Shirley Clark; numerous nieces and nephews as well as special friends Cindy, James, Harry and Ronnie.
There will be no calling hours and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family would like to thank Pastor Adam; Dr. Jean Flanagan and nurse Pat Peters; Kelly, Mary and Karen of Hospice and caregivers Diane, Donna, AnnMarie, Camey, Hannah and Linda who allowed Mary her last wishes to remain home on the farm.
