She was the daughter of Thomas James Bowe and Jennifer Renee Briscoe. A Celebration of Life Service was held Wednesday, June 26, Compassionate Funeral Care, Inc. in Saratoga Springs. Burial followed St. Peter’s Cemetery, Saratoga Springs.
