SARATOGA SPRINGS – Dr. Joshua Zamer, medical director of the Addiction Medicine Program at Saratoga Community Health Center, will break down preconceived notions and stigmas surrounding addiction at the "Understanding Addiction: Breaking the Stigma" seminar on Thursday, Oct. 12 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Saratoga Hospital.
The seminar will provide insight to the health center’s comprehensive approach to helping patients and families cope with opioid, alcohol and benzodiazepine addiction.
That includes medical, behavioral health, and social work professionals who specialize in providing such treatment at Saratoga Community Health Center.
