How to resolve AdBlock issue? SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Springs Commissioner of Finance Minita Sanghvi announced she will host a public forum via on city finances via Zoom from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7.
“I wanted to give the city’s taxpayers an opportunity to learn more about our city budget and its finances. At the forum, I’ll provide a snapshot of our finances that is accessible and easy to understand. I’ll also share some new ideas that can increase financial transparency and civic engagement,” Sanghvi said, in a statement.
The Commissioner of Finance is the city’s budget chairperson and - based upon other councilmember requests and city financial constraints – proposes Saratoga Springs’ annual budget. The previous council adopted a $54 million spending plan that is in effect for 2022.
