POLICE Saratoga Springs Police received a call at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5 reporting a possible bomb on the West Avenue campus of SUNY Empire State College. At the time, a subject reported observing a suspicious device in the building. Police said the incident mimics similar incidents reported to college campuses nationwide since June.
