The following reports are from the Office of the Saratoga County District Attorney:

Jerry C. Whitman, 39, of 1582 Division Street, Charlton, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to second degree criminal possession of marihuana for an incident which occurred August 25, 2012. Whitman will be sentenced on November 15.

Nector J. DeJesus, 35, residing at 13C1 Jefferson Terrace, Saratoga Springs was sentenced in Saratoga County Court on September 13 to one and a half to three years in state prison for criminal contempt, first degree for an incident which occurred November 11.

Jay F. Waldron, IV, 43, residing at 52 Zephyr Lane, Saratoga Springs was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to one year in Saratoga County Jail for first degree criminal contempt for an incident which occurred on January 16.

Quentin Pinkney, also known as Q, 32, residing at 4 Crown Terrace, Albany was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to four years in state prison and three years post release supervision for attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree for an incident which occurred March 13.

Brendan M. Pfiitze, 28, 325 Saratoga Avenue, Milton was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years’ probation for third degree burglary for an incident which occurred in Milton on March 24. Pfiitze will also have to pay $2,230.34 in restitution.

Michael A. Wooten, 27, 59 Sue Lane, Clifton Park, was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to one and a third to four years in state prison for disseminating indecent material to minors, first degree.

Megan M. Forbes, 36, residing at 4 Ebony Oaks, Clifton Park, was pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to felony DWI for an incident which occurred March 9. Forbes will be sentenced on November 7.

Jeffrey M. Youmans, 34, residing at 37 Clinton Street, Apt. 1, Saratoga Springs was sentenced in in Saratoga County Court to six month in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years’ probation for promoting sexual performance by a child for incidents which occurred November 21 through November 28.

Mark T. Knowles, 30, residing at 737 Country Route 25, Corinth, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to third degree robbery for an incident which occurred in Greenfield on May 26. Sentencing will be November 6.
