Kevin S. McElvene, 41, of Blue Spruce Lane, Ballston Lake, was arrested August 15 and charged with assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and reckless endangerment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Cassandra G. Sagnelli, 21, of St. Andrews Drive, Clifton Park, was arrested August 15 and charged with DWI, A Class A misdemeanor.

Earl D. McConchie, 31, residing at 7083 Lake Road, Galway, pled guilty on August 15 in Saratoga County Jail to aggravated criminal contempt for an incident which occurred in the town of Galway on November 6 and December 10. Sentencing will be October 10 at 1:15 p.m.
William H. Thompson, 30, residing at 331 Rowland Street, #8, Milton, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court on August 15 to attempted criminal mischief, second degree for an incident which occurred on April 24. Thompson will be sentenced on October 10 at 1:15 p.m.
Gregory M. Franlain, 28, residing at 178 Luzern Road, Queensbury, pled guilty in Saratoga County Jail to felony DWI for an incident which occurred on April 14 in the town of Wilton. Frankian will be sentenced on October 10 at 9:15 a.m.
James J. Giroux, 43, residing at 219 Glen Avenue, Scotia, was sentenced in Saratoga County Jail to five years’ probation and ignition interlock for three years as a condition of discharge to felony DWI for an incident which occurred in Mechanicville on October 25.
Theodore Pamper, 24, residing at 538 Route 9P, Saratoga Springs, pled guilty to third degree attempted burglary for an incident which occurred on April 6. Pamper will be sentenced on October 10 at 9:15 a.m.
