Saratoga County Court

Brian D. Horn, 49, of Schenectady, was sentenced to 1-1/2 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted possession of a forged instrument in the second-degree, charged February 2023 in Wilton. 

Jonah T. Figueras, 28, of Wilton, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years’ incarceration, after pleading to vehicular assault in the first-degree, charged May 2022 in Wilton. 

Christopher R. Nichols, 32, of Wilton, was sentenced Nov. 22 to time served, after pleading to burglary in the third-degree, charged February 2023. 

Raki A. Johnson, 15, of Schenectady, pleaded Nov. 22 to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second-degree, charged August 2023 in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing Feb. 7. 

Daniel Nelson, 36, of Mechanicville, was charged Nov. 19 with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating without inspection certificate. 

Paul Desalvatore, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 18 with criminal mischief. 

Alice Durning, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 17 with criminal mischief. 

Madison Clairmont, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 17 with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Cheri Brandt, 46, was charged Nov. 17 with petit larceny. 

Fernando Pacheco, 43, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 17 with DWI, and failure to keep right. 

Jay Ditoro, 30, of Milton, was charged Nov. 17 with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without insurance, registration suspended. 

Samuel Fowler, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 15 with assault, aggravated harassment, exposure of a person, and falsely reporting an incident. 

Stephen Parker, 44, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 14 with resisting arrest, petit larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. 

Nikalas Vanderburgh, 31, of Corinth, was charged Nov. 14 with assault.

Christin Fowler, 42, of Schenectady, was charged Nov. 13 with aggravated harassment.

Darrick Conners, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 12 with criminal trespass. 

Brian McLucas, 38, of Greenwich, was charged Nov. 12 with assault. 

Daniel Wolfe, 32, of Rensselaer, was charged Nov. 11 with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Giuseppe Stanco, 46, of Locust Valley, was charged Nov. 10 with assault. 

Kelly Lion, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 10 with assault. 

Stephen Shuler, 48, of Troy, was charged Nov. 10 with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

John Brownell, 74, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 9 with menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon. 

Casey Sherman, 42, of Rochester, was charged Nov. 9 with criminal tampering, and criminal trespass. 

Manuel Velazquez, 55, of Cohoes, was charged Nov. 8 with grand larceny. 

John Jarvis, 60, was charged Nov. 8 with petit larceny, and burglary. 

Jessica Henderson, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 8 with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a narcotic drug.

Courtney Grant, 27, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 8 with assault. 

William MacSweeney, 49, of Purdys, NY, was charged Nov. 8 with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, unsafe turn, and operating unregistered vehicle. 

Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office 

Andrew L. May, 77, of Halfmoon, was charged Nov. 26 with two felony counts of assault in the second-degree. May is accused of causing serious physical injury to another person known to him by striking her to the facial area with a metal cup and to the head with a metal spoon. The victim was transported by EMS to Samaritan Hospital for evaluation and treatment. May was in the Malta Town Court and was released on his own recognizance, pending further action in the matter.

NY State Police

On Nov. 17, at about 9:18 p.m., State Police of Clifton Park stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Clifton Park, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver, Adrianne Y. Maros, 59, of Schenectady, was subsequently charged Nov. 17 with Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where she recorded a 0.22% BAC.  Maros was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court and released.
