Kerry Wilson-Kinaszewska, 51, of Brunswick, was charged with DWI.
Eric Marcano, 48, of Hadley, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate.
Dewayne Williams, 26, no address provided, was charged with criminal mischief.
Matthew Zihal, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal tampering.
Jordan Wohl, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal tampering.
Andrew Stawniczy, 28, of Ballston Spa, was charged with criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Nicholas Scaglione, 26, of Mechanicville, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and drinking or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on highway.
Juan Espinoza Lopez, 23, of Stillwater, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Gerardo Zelayagranados, 32, of Shaftsbury, Vermont, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Joseph Murray, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with harassment in the second-degree.
Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office
On June 10, at approximately 5:14 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Cemetery Road in the town of Halfmoon for a report of a not-in-progress burglary. Investigation into the incident led to the arrest of 27-year-old Dylan M. Benaquista. Benaquista was charged with felony burglary, felony grand larceny, identity theft – a misdemeanor, and harassment – a violation. He is accused of entering and remaining unlawfully in a dwelling earlier in the day, subjecting an occupant to physical contact and stealing a debit card which he allegedly used several times throughout the day.
On June 8, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit arrested Leon Carney, 19, of Warrensburg. Carney was charged with disseminating indecent material to minors in the first-degree, a felony, and the misdemeanors: sexual abuse in the second-degree, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. Carney is accused of having sexual contact with a female under the age of 13 at a residence in the village of Victory Mills, Police said their investigation determined that Carney allegedly sent indecent material through a social networking app to the same female. Carney was sent to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond or a $10,000 partially secured bond.
On June 12, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office charged 54-year-old Troy resident Cole D. Vincent with two felony counts grand larceny, single felony counts criminal possession of stolen and criminal mischief, and criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. On June 5 and June 12, the Sheriff’s Office received reports of a stolen construction trailer from a business located in the town of Halfmoon and a stolen pickup truck from a business located in the town of Clifton Park, respectively. The construction trailer was later recovered in Cohoes after being abandoned on State Route 787, and the pickup truck was recovered in a hotel parking lot in the town of Clifton Park. Following an investigation into the incidents, Vincent was charged with the suspected theft of both the construction trailer and the pickup truck. At the time of arrest, Vincent was allegedly in possession of the stolen pickup truck. He was also accused of causing damage to a gate owned by a business in the town of Clifton Park and trespassing on the property which was designed to exclude intruders. Vincent was sent to Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
Saratoga County Court
Michael A. Fox, 27, of Troy, pleaded to felony burglary, charged February 2023 in Malta. Sentencing July 26.
Allen J. Millington, 26, of Gansevoort, was sentenced June 14 to 10 years’ incarceration and 20 years’ post-release supervision, after pleading to rape in the first-degree in connection with charges June to July 2017 in Moreau, and 2-1/3 to 7 years on the charge of promoting a sexual performance by a child, charged July 2021 in Wilton. The sentences are to run concurrently.
New York State Police
On June 13, State Police of Saratoga arrested Stephen A. Rajeski, 53, of Northumberland. Rajeski was charged with grand larceny in the third-degree, a felony. In March 2023, the victim reported to New York State Police that they had entered into an agreement with Rajeski for contracted work for a new generator. Rajeski allegedly never provided or installed the agreed-upon generator causing a financial loss to the victim of $8,894.
