SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Shredders, a mountain bike racing team, recently traveled to Walnut Mountain in the Catskills to compete in the New York State Championships for middle school and high school mountain biking. Sixth-grader Anne-Sophie Laloe won 3 of the 5 races in the Spring Series and claimed gold during the Championship race on June 12th in a sprint finish, marking the end of the Shredders’ inaugural racing season.
