SARATOGA SPRINGS — Northshire Bookstore has announced it is accepting pre-orders in advance of the Nov. 17 anticipated release of Barack Obama’s “A Promised Land.”
The 768-page book signals the first volume of Obama’s presidential memoirs and covers a journey from his earliest political aspirations to the pivotal Iowa caucus victory and the watershed night of Nov. 4, 2008, when he was elected 44th president of the United States, becoming the first African American to hold the nation’s highest office.
