Life in Saratoga at the Time the Grants Visited
Grant Cottage State Historic Site, Moreau, Noon. Following the Civil War, the Grants were the social family of the country. They visited Saratoga most summers including the summer of 1865, when Grant was considered the man who saved the Union. This presentation will focus on who the Grants would have visited while in town, what they did on a daily basis and what made Saratoga the national social center. Free. Fireworks on Saratoga Lake
Saratoga Lake: North and South End. Watch the fireworks at the North and South ends of the lake. The annual Saratoga Lake Fireworks show will take place at two locations this year on the same date in celebration of Independence Day.

Summer in Saratoga: A Rock Art Exhibition

Dancer’s Health Day
National Museum of Dance, 99 S. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, 1 p.m. This free event features essential information for young dancers as well as adults. Camp Saratoga 5K Fun Run
Wilton Preserve and Park, 80 Scout Road, Gansevoort, 6:15 p.m. The Saratoga Stryders host this series of five fun runs on wooded trails at the beautiful 310 acre parcel. The race series is open to all ages and abilities, run one race or all five. Registration is $5 per race at the door starting at 5:30PM. Races begin at 6:15 p.m. sharp, rain or shine. An Introduction to The Merry Wives of Windsor

Kinder Skate and Adult Skate Programs
Saratoga Springs Ice Rink, Weible Avenue, Saratoga Springs, 5–6 p.m. The program is open to ages three and up. Classes will be held Tuesday at 5 p.m. beginning July 9.
