History of Aviation
Empire State Aerosciences Museum, 250 Rudy Chase Drive, Glenville | 1 – 2:30 p.m.
Classes for students (ages 8-15 years-old) to learn about the history of aviation and how planes fly. Classes will be limited to 10 students, and will be conducted in the museum’s outdoor airpark and/or Community Room on Saturdays through June 26. This week: Open Cockpit: Russian MIG 15 Fighter (Korean War Era). Masks are required and social distancing rules will apply. The ESAM airpark contains twenty historic and spectacular military aircraft, so this is a great opportunity to learn about aviation, see something different, and have fun!
