SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation announced on June 16 work has begun on interior demolition at 65 Phila St.
In May 2021, the Foundation purchased the 1851 Alexander A. Patterson House – a building cited for its importance due to its associations with early development of the city, spring waters, and the Jewish community.
The work iincludes removal of all plaster and lathe. Prior to demolition, Bonacio Construction removed all original windows to be stored so restoration of the sashes can begin.
